Meet The Team

The Psychological Restorative Solutions team is composed of licensed professionals with vast experience and eclectic knowledge.  Our team members use all of their colorful experience to bring to you knowledge of what works and an inside view of different systems, including Family Court and Mental Health.

The Staff


Jennifer Calle

Jennifer holds a BA in Forensic Psychology from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and an MA in Clinical Art Therapy from LIU.

She has been working with English and Spanish speaking youth and their families for about six years.


Alexander_SylvanAlexander Sylvan

Alexander is a second-year law student at Albany Law School, and holds a degree in Marketing & Management from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY.

He cares about criminal law, and will be interning for the Domestic Violence Prosecution Clinic starting in Fall 2013.


Ryan_DuckRyan Duck

Ryan earned his M.A. in School Counseling from Hofstra University in 2009, and will finish his Mental Health Counseling degree there in 2013.

He is passionate about baseball (go Phillies), his fiancé Denise, and helping others reach their goals.


Sharon_O'MalleySharon O’Malley

Sharon is a Juvenile Justice & Psychology major at St. Joseph’s College. She hopes to be a positive role model for kids.

She also works at a wildlife rescue center, where she helps sick and injured wild animals, and loves to travel.


Kim_GucciardoKim Gucciardo

Kim holds a B.A. in Psychology from Binghamton University, and an MSed in School & Community Counseling from Hofstra.

She has been working with adolescents on probation for about 7 years.


Jacob_Aaron_GellerJacob Aaron Geller

Jacob is a M.A. candidate in Economics at Boston University.
After graduating from BU in 2011 with a degree in economics & international relations, he worked for the Millennium Campus Network, where he likes to tell himself he solved global poverty.



Kristen Sottile

Kristen is a graduate student at John Jay College and has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from St. Joseph’s College.

She got her passion for restorative justice as a student of Dr. Rob Goldman, and her goal is to work with juvenile drug offenders as a forensic psychologist.



Jiselle Nunez

Jiselle is an M.A. candidate in Forensic Psychology at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

She believes passionately in helping young people reach their goals, no matter what it takes.

She is a foodie, a cupcake expert, and an avid traveller.


Ryan_PowellRyan Powell

Ryan is a native Long Islander and junior Business Administration major at SUNY Geneseo.

In his spare time, Ryan is a volunteer tutor at inner-city Rochester schools.
